Spencer completed a gut renovation on my 2 bed, 1 bath apartment in the West Village. He was extremely patient as we waited 3 months for co-op approval and he finished on time, 3.5 months later. We honestly had no issues, everything went very smoothly. He helped me pick out design choices and answered all of my many questions very timely, even evening hours and weekends. I could not be more pleased with how everything turned out.

Spencer was amazing in how he exceeded my expectations. He would video-call me at stores, which no contractor does, and was incredibly helpful making design and product suggestions. He drew up plans, a job usually done by an architect, and was very prompt getting back to me whenever I had a question. His workers do excellent work. Spencer, Eddie and the team are wonderful! They did such a phenomenal job!
