Full gut renovations are the core of our work. We take a Manhattan co-op, condo, or townhouse to the studs and rebuild it around how you want to live, reconfiguring the floor plan, replacing systems, and managing the board approval from start to finish. Most of our projects live here.

From First Walkthrough to the Day You Move Back In

1 | Walkthrough and Estimate
We see the apartment, understand what you want, and give you an estimate that spells out the scope, so you know what the project involves before you commit.
2 | Design, Budget, and Board Approval
We design the space and align it to your budget, then handle the permits and the co-op board approval on your behalf as your translator with the building.
3 | Construction, Managed Start to Finish
Spencer runs the build directly with a trusted bench of trade specialists, so you always reach the person actually managing your project. You get organized photo updates every two weeks and always know where things stand.
