How We Run a Gut Renovation From First Walkthrough to Move-In

A full gut is the most involved thing you can do to an apartment, and in a co-op or condo it comes with a board, an alteration agreement, and a building that has to sign off before anything starts, all of which we handle for you. After the first walkthrough and estimate, we design the space and align it to your budget, then manage the approval process on your behalf as the translator between you and the building. Once we're cleared, Spencer runs the construction directly with a bench of trade specialists matched to the job, so you always reach the person actually running it, and you get organized photo updates every two weeks so you always know where things stand.
